Cass Smoke Shop Return Policy
At Cass Smoke Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn’t meet expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Customers are responsible for the item until it is received at our warehouse.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. After initiating a return, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. If the return is due to damage or an incorrect item, we will issue a full refund upon receiving the returned product. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Important: Used products will not be accepted or refunded. All returns must be received in unused condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at cass.smokeshop@gmail.com​ to begin the return process. We’ll cover all return shipping costs. Once the item is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 48 business hours.
Want a replacement? You’ll need to place a new order once your return is processed.
Note: All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Please examine your product for any damage before use, as we cannot issue refunds or replacements for used products.
Incorrect Items Received
If you happen to receive the wrong item, contact us at cass.smokeshop@gmail.com​. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and, upon receiving the incorrect item, we’ll ship the correct one within 48 hours—at no additional cost to you.
Unwanted Items
Changed your mind? No problem. You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund (minus return shipping) within 48 business hours.
Reminder: Items must be in brand-new, unused condition. Used items will not be refunded under any circumstances.
